Tier 1 takes a unique approach with these strategies by introducing clients to best-in-class sponsors that have the ability to take in 1031 and Opportunity Zone funds. Given the consistent deal flow that the firm has access too, clients with these deployments do not have to enter into competitive bidding scenarios to deploy directly into an on market asset. This provides a much more favorable yield profile with experienced and vetted sponsors who manage the asset.
